Dear Resident,
We are seeking your support to tackle the increasing illegal and antisocial use of off- road, electric and Sur-ron style bikes in our area.
These bikes are often ridden on pavements, parks, and roads without insurance or license's, posing a danger to the public and causing a nuisance through noise and reckless behaviour.
We understand the impact on the community and how frustrating this can be. We are actively working to identify offenders and take enforcement action. Your information is vital in helping us respond effectively.
Please report incidents by providing:
• location, date and time
• rider description and clothing
• bike details (colour, markings, registration if visible)
• photos or video (if safe to obtain)
• direction of travel
Do not approach riders or put yourself at risk.
Reports can be made via:
• 101 (non emergency)
• South Wales Police online reporting
• 999 (if there is immediate danger)
Officers are carrying out extra patrols and targeted operations in the area, with positive results. Working together helps us identify offenders, seize illegal vehicles and keep our community safe.
